My son flooded my upstairs bathroom and caused water damaged upstairs and to the connect rooms beside it along with damaged areas in my master bedroom closet. I called this company and Eric immediately answered the phone and explained everything to me after another Water restoration company tried to get over on me. I was freaking out and stressing about the whole process, he told me to don’t worry, this happens all the time. He explained everything to me. (1st time homeowner)He answered every question i had anytime I would call him. Eli was the tech that came to my home. He was very respectful of the property and did everything he needed to do to get my home all dried up. He explained what he had to do before he proceeded to do it. We had an unfortunate pipe rupture after the freeze and every water damage company was backed up. Our plumber recommended Eric and AAA Contracting and they showed up the same day, did an expert job removing water and preventing any damage or mold. They were very reasonably priced and up front about costs at the onset. They were extremely professional and very kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

We unfortunately experienced a washer flood during the winter storm this week. We called and Eric was here within 30 minutes. We took a chance because they didn’t have a lot of reviews but found out they started recently here from Seattle. They’ve done an amazing job. Everything was thoroughly explained, they even helped move our furniture and got started immediately. We have had a lot of contractors in our old home but this is by far the best clean up I’ve seen after work has been done. We appreciate their efficiency and hard work, highly recommend them.
